Clear, owner-managed booking terms

Payment is due on the day of departure.

No deposit is taken when booking, but valid card details are required to secure the reservation.
- 03
Cancellation is free when made at least 7 days before arrival.
- 04
A cancellation within 7 days of arrival may be charged at the full value of the stay.

If Denehurst successfully resells the room, the corresponding amount will be refunded.
- 06
Please tell Ken and Cindy as early as possible if your plans change.
